Position reputed company
reputed company is seeking a Mid-Market reputed company Manager to own and grow a portfolio of approximately 60 customers on our reputed companyX platform. In this role, you'll be the reputed company relationship reputed company for customers under $500K ARR, helping reputed company departments get maximum value from reputed companyX while driving retention and expansion. You'll work cross-functionally across Implementation, Support, Product, Marketing, and Account Management to reputed company a reputed company customer experience from reputed company through renewal.Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full post-sale customer lifecycle for a portfolio of ~60 mid-market accounts, serving as their reputed company reputed company of contact and trusted advisor

- Proactively monitor account health, identify at-reputed company customers, and execute mitigation plans before issues escalate

- Partner with the Renewals team to support on-time renewals and reduce churn reputed company your portfolio

Required Skills:
