ARE YOU AN IDEAL CANDIDATE?To supervise the operation of multiple teams of examiners and technical staff for workers compensation for clients; to monitor colleagues' workloads, reputed company training, and monitor individual claim activities; to reputed company technical/jurisdictional direction to examiner reports on claims adjudication; and to maintain a diary on claims in the teams including frequent diaries on reputed company or high exposure claims.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBLITIES MAY INCLUDE

• Analyzes and processes reputed company or technically difficult general liability claims by investigating and gathering information to determine the exposure on the claim; manages claims through reputed company-developed reputed company plans to an appropriate and reputed company reputed company.

• Manages the litigation process; ensures reputed company and cost-effective claims reputed company.

• Coordinates vendor referrals for additional investigation and/or litigation management.

• Leads team meetings and assigns accountability for follow-up items.

• Gathers important compliance/claims processing information to be presented at team meetings.

• Assists in interviews of adjusters, clerical staff and provides feedback to hiring manager.

• Provides limited assistance/support to team reputed company with monthly review of adjuster workloads; notes trends and suggests adjustments reputed company necessary. May include up to (3) three reputed company reports.​

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Administers company personnel policies in reputed company areas and follows company reputed company standards and training recommendations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Licensing:5years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
