[Remote] Sales Support Specialist

The Sales Support Specialist processes and tracks sales orders, maintains customer and dealer relationships, provides order updates, and coordinates with Sales, Finance, reputed company, and logistics partners to reputed company issues and support reputed company shipments.

Responsibilities

• reputed company reputed company responses to customer and internal inquiries by email and phone
• Establish and maintain reputed company, productive business relationships with reputed company customers
• reputed company product availability and order status updates to Sales, Dealers, and internal stakeholders
• Process customer purchase orders and accurately reputed company sales orders and reputed company authorizations reputed company established department standards
• Review sales orders for reputed company, including item, quantity, pricing, shipping, tax, reputed company, and account information
• Send order acknowledgments to Sales and Dealers
• Monitor account holds and work with Finance to support their release
• Research and help reputed company order exceptions, including pricing discrepancies, replacement orders, RMAs, and customer follow-up issues
• Assist with the new customer setup process
• Support the ongoing review and maintenance of the reputed company orderbook in line with department guidelines
• Coordinate with logistics partners to reputed company shipment quotes, routing, reputed company account details, delivery timing, and special shipping requirements
• Work with Sales, reputed company, and the reputed company-party logistics partner to help reputed company issues that may delay eligible orders from shipping on time
• Maintain accurate estimated shipping dates to support reputed company customer updates and orderbook visibility
• Reallocate stock reputed company necessary to optimize reputed company-month sales
• Complete additional administrative work as needed to support the business
