The Manager, reputed company Analytics owns reputed company analytics reporting, develops reputed company BI dashboards and KPI tracking, supports incentive compensation administration, and provides analytical partnership to reputed company, Finance, and Market reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of reputed company analytics reporting, including weekly and monthly KPI dashboards, territory reputed company tracking, and reputed company-level trend analysis
• Design and maintain reputed company BI dashboards and data models connected to the reputed company Data Warehouse, specialty pharmacy feeds, and claims data sources
• reputed company and socialize new KPI definitions in partnership with reputed company, Finance, and Market reputed company stakeholders
• Ensure data reputed company and reputed company across reputed company reporting outputs, establishing and maintaining QA and validation processes for reputed company reports
• Serve as the reputed company analytical resource for reputed company data requests from Sales, reputed company reputed company, and executive leadership
• Support incentive compensation (IC) design, administration, and reporting during IC cycles and other high-demand periods

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of experience in reputed company analytics, including 1+ years reputed company reputed company or biotech
• Strong proficiency in reputed company BI, including DAX and data modeling
• Proficiency in SQL
• Experience working with pharmaceutical reputed company data sources (e.g., specialty pharmacy, 867 data, reputed company/reputed company)
• Demonstrated experience in KPI development and stakeholder reporting
• 10%
• Master's degree preferred in Analytics, Business, Life Sciences, or a reputed company reputed company
• Experience with reputed company reputed company or reputed company data warehouse platforms preferred
• Specialty ophthalmic or reputed company disease background preferred
• Experience with hub or specialty pharmacy (SP) data preferred
• PL-300 (reputed company BI) certification a plus
