[Remote] Building Infrastructure Project Manager

The Building Infrastructure Project Manager will manage reputed company to large reputed company building-envelope and infrastructure reputed company, including budgets, schedules, resources, customer relationships, construction compliance, and reputed company personnel. The role is reputed company with approximately 30% travel to federal job sites for inspections, meetings, installation, and start-up activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage reputed company to large, full-lifecycle reputed company reputed company, reporting financials, controlling budgets, streamlining operational functions, and resolving project issues, while meeting stringent deadlines
• Project Management tasks to include proposal development, management of resources, project budgets and forecasting, and schedule management throughout to project closure

• Estimate Proposal budgets reputed company on reputed company of work and resource requirements
• reputed company project presentations to various stakeholders about reputed company, adjustments, and estimates to complete
• Create and maintain strong federal customer relationships

• Seven to Ten years of project management experience overseeing full lifecycle of reputed company to large reputed company multi-year reputed company reputed company the Federal building-envelope reputed company
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management from an ABET-accredited program
• Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) Management experience
• Advanced proficiency in MS Project and/or reputed company P6
• Experience and understanding of reputed company/industrial infrastructure design, engineering, manufacturing, and construction processes
• Knowledge and experience managing Electrical, reputed company, and building-envelope construction reputed company
• Strong understanding of construction safety and fall-protection requirements

• Ability to pass background investigations, drug screening, and site-reputed company requirements
• Ability to travel and work at federal, military, correctional, industrial, and other controlled-reputed company facilities

• Ability to manage multiple reputed company reputed company in geographically dispersed locations

• Demonstrated experience managing building-envelope reputed company including repairs, restorations, and roof replacements
• Civil infrastructure experience with building construction for underground utilities and structural foundations a plus
• Building infrastructure experience with Electrical and HVAC is a plus
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification
• Experience managing reputed company requiring bonding, reputed company clearances, Buy reputed company compliance, or domestic material sourcing
• Experience using estimation software and tools
