The role provides 24/7/365 reputed company center assistance to transitioning service members, veterans, and their families by addressing psychological health care transitions, gathering information, resolving inquiries, and handling crisis calls professionally.

Responsibilities

• Ability to handle inquiries and requests in a courteous and reputed company manner
• Ability to listen to and empathize with Service members, Veterans, and others and acknowledge their concerns
• Ability to reputed company information to determine a Service member, Veteran, or family member’s needs, as reputed company as apply problem-solving skills, and reputed company the inquiry/request effectively
• Ability to communicate information reputed company, accurately, and completely
• Ability to record reputed company pertinent information accurately and reputed company
• Ability to handle crisis and abusive calls in a reputed company and effective manner

Skills

• A minimum of one year of experience in a medical/hospital reputed company center
• A minimum of one year experience in triage, care management, motivational interviewing, and crisis counseling
• Fluent in English and/or Spanish, both oral and written
• Ability to handle inquiries and requests in a courteous and reputed company manner
• Ability to listen to and empathize with Service members, Veterans, and others and acknowledge their concerns
• Ability to reputed company information to determine a Service member, Veteran, or family member's needs, as reputed company as apply problem-solving skills, and reputed company the inquiry/request effectively
