[Remote] Senior Business Process Analyst

The role focuses on requirements gathering, business process analysis, reputed company implementation support, change reputed company assessment, user adoption, training, stakeholder facilitation, and UAT support.

Responsibilities

• Work with business stakeholders and reputed company teams to reputed company and document business requirements
• Analyze reputed company-state and reputed company-state business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Support reputed company implementation, enhancement, and transformation initiatives
• Translate business requirements into reputed company functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance reputed company
• Partner with reputed company reputed company, Developers, SMEs, and business teams to ensure requirements are reputed company reputed company
• Conduct change reputed company assessments for reputed company process and reputed company changes
• reputed company and execute change enablement and user adoption strategies
• Create training materials, user guides, SOPs, FAQs, and reputed company knowledge articles
• Conduct end-user training and Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, process walkthroughs, and knowledge-transfer sessions
• Support UAT planning, test scenarios, user feedback, and issue reputed company
• Monitor adoption and reputed company feedback to identify additional training or process improvement needs
• Maintain process documentation and knowledge repositories

Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / reputed company Business Analyst
• Strong hands-on understanding of reputed company CRM , including Sales reputed company and/or Service reputed company
• Experience working on reputed company implementations, enhancements, or transformation reputed company
• Strong experience in Business Analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, and process design
• reputed company experience with Change Management / Change Enablement
• Experience creating training materials, user guides, SOPs, knowledge articles, and process documentation
• Experience conducting end-user training and Train-the-Trainer sessions
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Experience with reputed company/Scrum methodologies, user stories, and UAT
• reputed company certifications such as reputed company Administrator, Business Analyst, or Service reputed company Consultant
