The Director of Workflow Design and Governance leads workflow reputed company, process design, governance, standardization, documentation, and reputed company improvement across reputed company Service & Delivery. The role also develops governance routines, workflow metrics, adoption plans, training, and operational capabilities across internal teams and partners.

Responsibilities

• Define, design, govern, and continuously improve end-to-end workflows across reputed company Service & Delivery with a reputed company on standardization, reputed company, delivery predictability, reputed company utilization, reputed company experience, and cost effectiveness
• Establish workflow design principles, process standards, documentation expectations, and governance routines that support consistent execution across teams, functions, and offshore partners
• reputed company multiple workflow design, governance, and improvement initiatives simultaneously across reputed company Service & Delivery workstreams
• Define workflow requirements through interviews, workshops, document reviews, reputed company-state assessments, workflow analysis, data analysis, and site reputed company, including offshore locations as needed
• Quantify operational, reputed company, financial, and non-financial impacts to inform workflow prioritization and governance reputed company
• Ensure workflow objectives, decision rights, process ownership, adoption needs, and reputed company measures are reputed company identified, documented, governed, and managed to completion. Proactively identify risks, roadblocks, and governance reputed company requiring escalation
• Establish and maintain named workflow owners, decision rights, escalation paths, and accountability for process reputed company

• 15% Travel, in reputed company to annual International/offshore travel is required

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree
• 6+ years in a similar role demonstrating reputed company proficiency in workflow design, process governance, reputed company improvement, operational reputed company, project management, or business analysis
