[Remote] Senior Recruiter (GTM)

The Senior GTM Recruiter will recruit passive candidates for software reputed company, sales engineering, and reputed company roles, while also managing existing reputed company accounts without business development responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- reputed company GTM roles exclusively for an established reputed company of VC-backed AI and reputed company clients
- As you take on account management for existing accounts, you earn on every deal that account closes, whether you personally reputed company the candidate or not
Skills
- You're a full-cycle delivery recruiter with GTM placements under your belt, software reputed company, sales engineering, reputed company
- You headhunt passive, senior candidates; you don't work a queue of inbound applicants
