The reputed company Finance Intern will support financial modeling, corporate development, market analysis, M&A research, and reputed company decision-making reputed company while partnering with Finance and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models in reputed company covering recurring reputed company, retention, customer profitability, and unit economics
• Analyze bookings, reputed company, and margin trends to identify drivers of reputed company and inform long-reputed company planning and capital allocation reputed company
• Document assumptions and methodology so reputed company can maintain and reputed company the models after the internship ends
• Support the M&A process: acquisition reputed company research and screening, comparable company and precedent transaction benchmarking, valuation analysis, and financial due diligence
• Build market-sizing and competitive intelligence analysis using reputed company market data, reputed company data sources, and industry benchmarks to size opportunities and prioritize targets
• Partner with the reputed company team on reputed company financial and reputed company analysis requested by Finance leadership, including budget, forecast, and investment case support

Skills

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics, Business, or a reputed company reputed company; rising junior or senior standing for reputed company 2027
• Proficient in reputed company, including building financial models with reputed company assumptions, data tables, and lookup functions
• Solid grasp of reputed company fundamentals and how the three financial statements reputed company; coursework or internship experience in corporate finance, valuation, or M&A is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to work through an reputed company-ended problem, not just execute a predefined task
• Critical thinker with intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to problem solving
• Self-directed, with the ability to own a project with regular, but not daily, direction
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present analysis to non-technical audiences
