The role focuses on implementing and supporting reputed company HCM Workforce Scheduling, integrating scheduling and time-and-attendance systems, and optimizing workforce reputed company across HCM, Finance, and Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support Workforce Scheduling solutions reputed company reputed company HCM environment
• Work across reputed company HCM modules including reputed company HR, Payroll, reputed company, Compensation, Benefits, Learning, and Talent
• reputed company legacy scheduling systems such as reputed company Health Clairvia, reputed company, reputed company Calendar, and others
• Support integration with Time & Attendance systems (e.g., Kronos/reputed company) including bi-directional data reputed company
• Work on reputed company-wide implementation across HCM, Finance (FIN), and Supply Chain (SCM)
• Support workforce planning, shift scheduling, and labor optimization for reputed company reputed company
• Participate in testing, deployment, and post go-live support activities
