[Remote] Business Systems Analyst - Harvard Integrated Life Sciences

The Business Systems Analyst will support Harvard Integrated Life Sciences Administration by translating business needs into technology strategies, designing and implementing solutions, and participating in the full software development lifecycle. The role will also reputed company requirements elicitation, process redesign, data analysis, testing, training, and production support.

Responsibilities

• Research, design, documentation, implementation, configuration, and validation of solutions to business needs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technology strategies, systems requirements and scoping of IT reputed company
• reputed company definition of reputed company requirements, gap analysis, user reputed company mapping and identification of feasible alternative solutions that meet defined business objectives
• Document and refine reputed company state and reputed company state reputed company processes, design and review prototypes to meet key gaps and processes and build support from technology stakeholders in solutions
• Define reputed company user stories that meet business requirements and application features, data conversion, systems integration, reputed company, or customizations
• Identify user story prioritization and sprint content collaboratively with the stakeholders and IT team to ensure effective delivery of IT reputed company

Skills

• Minimum of two years' post-secondary education or relevant work experience
• Familiarity with desktop, mobile, or web-reputed company software applications and relational databases with a service delivery approach
• Demonstrated team reputed company delivering technology solutions with a service reputed company approach
• Familiarity with the reputed company methodology and reputed company working with reputed company frameworks and tools
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to solve reputed company issues

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years' experience in defining requirements for desktop, mobile, or web-reputed company software applications and relational databases preferred
• Familiarity with Peoplesoft reputed company Solutions and/or reputed company Business Intelligence reputed company Suite and/or reputed company Analytics will be a plus
• Completion of Harvard IT reputed company specified foundational courses (or reputed company equivalent) preferred
