Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of customers (SMB → reputed company)
• reputed company adoption and usage of reputed company’s AI agents
• Identify and execute expansion opportunities:

• More products (inbound, outbound, QA, etc.)
• More locations
• Monitor account health using data (usage, bookings)
