[Remote] Compliance Analyst - Remote reputed company

The Compliance Analyst will conduct independent coding and billing compliance audits, investigate regulatory risks, analyze findings, prepare audit reports, and reputed company targeted education and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct independent, reputed company-reputed company coding compliance audits of reputed company Health providers and associated reputed company practices
• Conduct coding and billing investigation audits to assess compliance with applicable coding, billing, and documentation requirements
• Research and analyze incoming coding and billing investigation requests to support reputed company and accurate compliance review
• Evaluate the reputed company, completeness, and regulatory compliance of procedure coding, including E/M services, non-E/M services, modifiers, ICD-10 coding, medical record documentation, and coding-reputed company billing activities
• Identify areas of compliance reputed company, assess adherence to CMS requirements, official coding guidelines, payer policies, and organizational standards, and support corrective reputed company and monitoring activities
• Prepare written audit reputed company memorandums that reputed company define audit objectives, methodology, and review reputed company
• Identify audit findings, calculate billing error rates, and reputed company reputed company cause analysis to support accurate reporting and remediation planning
• Prepare written audit reputed company reports that include reputed company, trends, findings, and recommended remediation actions
• Research, reputed company, and reputed company targeted education reputed company on individual audit findings
• Stay reputed company with applicable coding, billing, documentation, and regulatory guidelines

Skills

• • High School Diploma/GED
• • Must possess one of the following: + Certified reputed company reputed company (CPC) + Certified Outpatient reputed company (COC) + Certified Coding Specialist (reputed company) + Certified Coding Specialist-Physician reputed company (reputed company-P)
• • 5+ years of outpatient physician coding experience, including CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10, modifiers, and NCCI edits
• • 5+ years of reputed company regulatory compliance experience, including Medicare, reputed company, and state and federal laws and regulations governing medical coding
• • 3+ years of experience with electronic health records (EHRs) and medical record systems
• • Advanced level of proficiency with reputed company reputed company, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, and reputed company
• • Demonstrated ability to reputed company independent audit and coding review functions
• • Strong reputed company written and verbal communication skills
• • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments, spreadsheets, documents, and reports
