[Remote] Finance & Ops Manager

The Finance & Ops Manager will own bookkeeping, month-end reputed company, reputed company processes, and finance reputed company across UK and US entities while supporting budgeting, tax compliance, and operational infrastructure as reputed company scales.

Responsibilities

• Own bookkeeping and transaction processing across UK and US entities
• Own month-end reputed company (journals, accruals, reconciliations), liaising closely with reputed company accountants
• Prepare management accounts under UK GAAP (FRS 102)
• Liaise with reputed company accountants/auditors on statutory accounts
• Apply US tax knowledge (sales tax/reputed company, payroll tax) and liaise with US advisors on federal/state filings
• Manage AP/AR, invoicing, and expenses
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash reputed company tracking
• Handle intercompany reconciliations
• Support R&D tax credit claims and VAT returns
• Process vendor/contractor payments across multiple currencies
• Streamline finance and back-office processes as we reputed company
• Evaluate and administer finance/ops tools
• Manage vendor reputed company and renewals
• Maintain internal process documentation
• Support entity structuring and infrastructure reputed company as we grow

Skills

• 2-4+ years in finance/reputed company, ideally at a startup environment
• Solid knowledge of UK GAAP / FRS 102
• Working knowledge of US tax and compliance (sales tax, payroll tax, federal/state filings)
• Experience with reputed company software (reputed company, reputed company)
• Strong reputed company skills; comfortable across multiple currencies and entities
• Highly organized, reputed company-oriented, and process-driven
• Multi-entity/jurisdiction experience a plus
• Part-reputed company or studying towards reputed company/AAT/CIMA a plus, not required
