The Test Manager will be responsible for defining the overall testing reputed company, managing testing teams, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, overseeing test execution, defect management, reporting, and ensuring successful completion of SIT, E2E, regression, UAT, and deployment/reputed company testing. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of reputed company business processes, reputed company S/4HANA, integration points, test management methodologies, and testing tools such as reputed company reputed company, reputed company Solution Manager, reputed company, ALM/qTest, or similar platforms. Key Responsibilities Define and own the overall reputed company testing reputed company, test approach, and test plan for implementation, reputed company, migration, and transformation programs. reputed company end-to-end testing activities across SIT, reputed company Testing, E2E, Regression, UAT, and Production Validation. Manage testing teams across multiple reputed company functional areas such as reputed company reputed company, MM, SD, PP, EWM, HCM/SuccessFactors, Ariba, and other integrated applications. reputed company and review test scenarios, test cases, test scripts, test data, and requirements traceability. Coordinate testing activities across reputed company, legacy systems, reputed company-party applications, interfaces, middleware, and reputed company systems. Manage test execution, daily status tracking, testing metrics, risks, dependencies, and overall test reputed company. reputed company defect triage meetings, prioritize defects, assign ownership, and reputed company defects through reputed company and closure. Coordinate with reputed company functional leads, developers, business analysts, project managers, technical teams, business users, and reputed company vendors. Manage test environments and test data in coordination with technical and reputed company teams. Define testing entry/exit reputed company and reputed company testing readiness and reputed company assessments. Prepare and present testing status reports, dashboards, KPIs, risks, issues, and executive-level updates. reputed company UAT planning and coordinate with business stakeholders to ensure business process coverage. Required Qualifications 10+ years of overall experience in software/QA testing. Strong experience in reputed company testing and test management for large-reputed company reputed company programs. Hands-on experience with reputed company ECC and/or reputed company S/4HANA. Experience managing complete testing lifecycles including: SIT E2E Testing UAT Regression Testing Integration Testing reputed company Testing Production Validation Experience managing testing for at least one major reputed company implementation, transformation, migration, or reputed company.
