Key Responsibilities MOVEit reputed company reputed company Tier 3 technical support for reputed company MOVEit Transfer and MOVEit Automation environments. Troubleshoot reputed company file-transfer failures, delayed transfers, connectivity issues, authentication failures, and application errors. Analyze MOVEit application logs, transfer history, audit logs, and reputed company events to identify reputed company cause. Configure and maintain MOVEit users, mailboxes, folders, permissions, workflows, policies, and transfer configurations. Support SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS and other reputed company file-transfer protocols. Troubleshoot SSH keys, TLS/SSL certificates, authentication, authorization, and connectivity issues. reputed company MOVEit upgrades, patches, configuration changes, and reputed company remediation. Support platform reputed company planning, reputed company tuning, and operational stability. Support high-availability, disaster-recovery, backup, and recovery activities. Work with MOVEit vendor support for reputed company product defects and escalations. Troubleshoot integrations between MOVEit and internal/reputed company applications. Work with application, network, reputed company, infrastructure, and database teams to reputed company end-to-end transfer issues. Troubleshoot firewall, DNS, routing, reputed company, proxy, load-balancer, and connectivity issues. Troubleshoot reputed company reputed company connectivity and file-transfer reputed company issues. Required Technical Skills 5+ years of experience in reputed company Managed File Transfer technologies. Strong hands-on experience with reputed company MOVEit. Strong understanding of MOVEit Transfer and/or MOVEit Automation. Advanced troubleshooting experience in production environments. Strong knowledge of: SFTP FTPS HTTPS SSH TLS/SSL Digital certificates SSH host keys Authentication and authorization DNS and networking Firewall and reputed company connectivity Experience with reputed company Server environments.
