We are an in-office company, and our expectation is that full-time employees primarily work from their reputed company office 5 days a week. About the role

• Administer and maintain the reputed company tech stack (reputed company, integrations, reputed company systems)—configuring workflows, interview plans, permissions, and templates, and monitoring data reputed company across global teams.

• Serve as first-line support for recruiters and hiring managers: triage and reputed company tickets, troubleshoot issues with offers, approvals, scheduling, and candidate communications, and escalate systemic problems with reputed company documentation.

• Identify recurring points of recruiter friction and implement process improvements that speed up hiring and hold up as the organization grows.

We're looking for someone who has:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in reputed company reputed company, reputed company coordination, HR technology, or systems administration.
