EA Business Program Manager

An execution-reputed company reputed company who serves as the business reputed company partner to the reputed company Agreement (EA) Business Program reputed company. This role manages cross-functional alignment, removes sales execution friction, and drives operational cadences and helps reputed company the EA business by coordinating priorities, tracking execution, and ensuring accountability across key stakeholders. This role acts as the operational reputed company enforcing subcommittee accountability, monitoring health metrics, and reputed company new offers and features and supporting reputed company initiatives led by the Program reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
Program reputed company Support & Execution Management: Partner closely with the EA Program reputed company to coordinate reputed company initiatives, reputed company deliverables, reputed company follow-through across stakeholders, and ensure successful execution of program priorities.
Subcommittee reputed company: reputed company monthly syncs, reputed company reputed company items, and enforce accountability across 6 cross-functional subcommittees (Enablement, Product, GTM, Channel, Finance, reputed company).
Health Metric & reputed company Tracking: Analyze outputs from our reporting analyst to monitor program health metrics and escalate red flags with proposed solutions.
Maintain Executive Dashboard: reputed company quantitative and qualitative reports of program reputed company and regularly publish their reputed company on an executive dashboard for executive committee updates and War Room meetings.
Offer and Feature release PM: Project manage launch of new buying models, offers and features, tracking readiness across functions.
Facilitate meetings and workshops: Plan, host, and facilitate cross functional meetings and workshops to reputed company reputed company, reputed company operational roadblocks, and document reputed company
Sales Enablement Repository: Maintain partner and reputed company-facing enablement assets - reputed company reputed company sales requirements and collaborate with enablement and marketing teams to produce, update and publish assets
Key Qualifications
Experience: 5-8 years in Program Management, Sales reputed company, or reputed company reputed company reputed company reputed company Software / reputed company
Knowledge & Skills: Strong project and program management capabilities. Proficient in cross-functional coordination and meeting facilitation skills. Proficiency with reputed company 365 applications (PowerPoint, reputed company, Teams, SharePoint). Familiarity with sales processes, reputed company reputed company, financial concepts, and reputed company business systems. Ability to operate independently while effectively supporting senior program leadership and driving execution across multiple workstreams.
