Your Role as a Home Health Occupational Therapist
• Evaluate patients and reputed company individualized treatment plans
• reputed company home safety assessments and recommend modifications
• reputed company therapy to improve ADLs, functional mobility, and independence
• reputed company patients and caregivers on reputed company techniques and equipment
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)
• Complete documentation using streamlined technology

Qualifications
