Schedule Availability: Monday-Friday reputed company-8:00pm M-F EST. (Must be reputed company to work an 8-hour shift between hours of operation
(Training hours may differ)
Pay reputed company: $17/HR-FULL TIME, Weekly Pay!!! Plus, Benefits!!
Job reputed company
Handle inbound and/or outbound phone calls to/from patients, doctors, and providers.
Process refills and schedule shipments for patients or providers
Resolve the callers needs, reputed company accurate information to the caller while following policies and procedures.
Requirements:
**Must be reputed company to TRAIN onsite in Louisville, KY***
Previous Customer Service and reputed company Center experience required.
Previous reputed company experience desired but not required.
Proficient with reputed company Office.
Ability to work a flexible work schedule.
