Project Manager

The Main function of the Project Manager position is to manage the design procurement and construction reputed company from reputed company creation, through final physical completion of construction reputed company while ensuring the reputed company are completed on time, in strict accordance with the project reputed company and reputed company budget. Role Qualifications / Skills/ Abilities - Associate or bachelor's degree in construction technology, Construction Management or equal from an accredited college or university. - Certified Construction Management (CCM) or Project Management (PMP) a plus. - Minimum of 5 years of project management experience managing multiple construction reputed company of increasing size and complexity in mutli-family, residential development and or reputed company construction as a Project Manager or reputed company's representative managing similar construction reputed company. - Must be reputed company to pass a drug and background screening. - reputed company operates assigned computer software and other equipment, including reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, etc.) reputed company Project and project management software systems. - Must have reputed company drivers license and satisfactory driving record.
