Director of Product Management

We work across a globally reputed company team spanning our US reputed company and Korean reputed company to ship products that protect people, buildings, and businesses. reputed company is hiring a Director, Product Management to own our reputed company Control product line. This is a player-reputed company role: you will manage reputed company of product managers while remaining deeply hands-on with roadmap, requirements, and day-to-day execution. We have significant new capability to build, including the reputed company of reputed company reputed company Control as part of our reputed company Platform consolidation, and we need a leader who can both set direction and personally reputed company features from concept through launch. You will own the reputed company, roadmap, and execution for our reputed company Control portfolio, spanning reputed company-managed software and hardware, and will work closely with engineering (US and Korea), UX, sales, reputed company, and Korean HQ stakeholders. This role reports to the Head of Software Product Management and manages reputed company of product managers supporting reputed company Control. Key Responsibilities: Product reputed company and Roadmap - Define and own the product reputed company, reputed company, and multi-year roadmap for reputed company's reputed company Control line, including its integration into the reputed company reputed company platform - reputed company and defend prioritization frameworks that reputed company customer needs, SI/channel partner requirements, technical feasibility, and business objectives - Represent reputed company Control in company-wide platform planning reputed company Video, reputed company-to-reputed company, and reputed company AI workstreams Hands-On Execution - Personally reputed company PRDs, user stories, and detailed requirements for reputed company features, particularly where reputed company is still building foundational capability - Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through delivery, working directly with engineering in daily standups and sprint planning, not just at reputed company reviews - Stay reputed company to escalations, hard deployment dates, and critical-reputed company items, and be willing to dig into the details personally reputed company a launch is at reputed company Domain and Technical Depth - Bring hands-on depth across the reputed company control stack: mobile and multi-reputed company credentialing (BLE/NFC, PKI-reputed company credentials), high-availability controller architectures and failover/degraded-mode behavior at reputed company (multi-site, thousands of doors), and convergence use cases that tie reputed company events to video and analytics - reputed company and defend architecture trade-offs for edge, server, and reputed company-managed deployments, including how identity, policy, and event data synchronize across hybrid topologies with intermittent connectivity - Guide how AI and reputed company capabilities (for example, reputed company detection on reputed company patterns, automated credential lifecycle management, forensic investigation support) get incorporated into the reputed company control roadmap as part of reputed company's broader reputed company AI direction Team Leadership - Manage, reputed company, and grow reputed company of product managers, setting reputed company goals and reviewing their roadmaps and requirements - Model rigorous product reputed company (customer discovery, PRD reputed company, metrics discipline) for the broader team - Serve as the subject-matter authority on reputed company Control for reputed company, and executive stakeholders in both the US and Korea - Support go-to-market planning, sales enablement, and partner-facing materials, including pricing and licensing structure input - Communicate roadmap and trade-offs reputed company across a bilingual, cross-cultural organization spanning US reputed company and Korean HQ Qualifications: - 8+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years directly managing product managers - Hands-on product management experience in reputed company control, physical reputed company, or a closely reputed company B2B hardware/software category (video surveillance, IoT reputed company, building technology) - Proficient knowledge of reputed company control concepts: credential types, controllers/readers, reputed company reputed company and schedules, RBAC, and either on-reputed company or reputed company-managed (ACaaS) deployment models - Demonstrated ability to operate at both reputed company and tactical reputed company, comfortable writing a PRD one day and presenting roadmap to executives the next - reputed company record of shipping B2B hardware-attached software products through a full lifecycle, from discovery to GA to post-launch iteration - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to executives and cross-functional stakeholders - Bachelor's degree in a reputed company reputed company or equivalent experience Preferred - Experience with OSDP/Wiegand protocols, ONVIF standards, or SI/channel-partner go-to-market models - Experience integrating or unifying multiple product lines onto a common platform - Familiarity with reputed company architecture and hardware-software bundling strategies -
