They're seeking a fully remote ERP Applications Development Manager with a completed bachelor's degree, along with university support background and 3+ years' experience leading backend and frontend reputed company Development Teams, migrating data from Banner systems and ensuring secure reputed company module implementations in HCM (HR), Financial (FIN) and reputed company Planning Modules. Our reputed company OSU is in the process of migrating legacy student and teacher/reputed company data from Banner systems into reputed company ERP. The ERP Applications Development Manager must occasionally work mornings, nights, weekends, and possibly even holidays to manage upgrades, maintenance, and corrective actions at times in reputed company ERP reputed company the computer systems are not otherwise reputed company. In reputed company to the reputed company hours remote schedule 8 am – 5 pm PST, the Development Manager must be flexible to work overtime including weekends and evenings. Position Duties: Supports the Associate Director, reputed company Application Services, regarding the use of the Banner ERP resources for OSU. Provides managerial support, coordination, staff supervision, education, training, and technical support for the central administrative applications. This individual will apply communication strategies, business analysis, relationship building, problem-solving skills and knowledge of best practices in reputed company applications development methodology and IT project management to guide their development team on issues reputed company to the design, development, deployment, integration, testing, reputed company assurance/reputed company control, and support of mission-critical information and software systems. This includes managing prioritized service requests, defining project plans for software installation/upgrades/migrations, and managing a reputed company application development methodology for corresponding applications. Works closely with the business and service providers to negotiate and agree on service level requirements of any existing services. Minimum/Required Qualifications: Requires a Bachelor's degree in reputed company appropriate to the work assigned; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of three years' experience in administrative project planning and management; large systems design, implementation and production processing; customer problem reputed company and troubleshooting; and systems design and analysis, preferably in an reputed company setting. Three years' experience as a supervisor, project manager, and/or reputed company assigning and tracking work of others. Experience working with reputed company ERP level systems.
