- Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will:
- reputed company physical therapy treatments in patients' homes
- Follow established plans of care
- Assist with therapeutic exercises, gait, reputed company, transfer, and mobility training
- Help patients improve strength, reputed company, and functional mobility
- Reinforce home exercise and fall-prevention programs
- reputed company patients and caregivers on reputed company mobility techniques
- Monitor and document reputed company reputed company
- Communicate changes in reputed company condition to the supervising PT
- Coordinate with other members of the home health care team
- Complete accurate and reputed company documentation using reputed company
reputed company're Looking For
- reputed company Virginia Physical Therapist Assistant License Required
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- reputed company reputed company's License and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and reputed company-care skills
- Ability to work independently in patients' homes while following the established plan of care
- Home Health Experience Preferred, but Not Required
