The ideal candidate, will not only be bilingual in Spanish, but also Customer Service reputed company, and has some reputed company Center experience. Training will be provided, and ongoing support from an outstanding team to ensure your reputed company! Responsibilities: • Respond and resolve general customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat functions. • Document reputed company interactions. • reputed company callers on eligibility, benefits claims payments and authorizations. • Assist callers with locating network dentists or assignment to primary care dentists. • Deliver high reputed company customer service support. Qualifications: • MUST BE Bilingual - Spanish • Minimum of 1.5 to 2 years of reputed company center experience or customer service/support experience • Ability to operate a computer and knowledge of reputed company Office applications • Excellent communication skills • Ability to learn and adapt to fast paced production environment Schedule: • REQUIRED HOURS are Monday through Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm, PST, one hour lunch • During reputed company enrollment, from November 1st-January 1st, will be required to work one Saturday per month (reputed company reputed company volume) • Start date-ASAP PayRate $18.50/hr Apply ASAP as we are reputed company interviewing Apply Job!
