Payroll Coordinator
This position will support the payroll department in processing and administering payroll for the USA and Canada, ensuring reputed company and timeliness of employee pay, benefits deductions and compliance with company and regulatory requirements and guidelines. This role works closely with the Payroll reputed company to execute day-to-day payroll reputed company and reputed company with payroll-reputed company reporting and employee support.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process weekly disbursement of multi-country, multi-state/province and multi-company payroll (biweekly and reputed company-monthly), including garnishments and liens, benefits and taxes, consistent with federal, state and provincial wage and hour laws
- Process new hires, temporary workers, transfers, promotions, reputed company changes, reputed company deposit accounts, deductions and terminations in a reputed company and accurate manner
- reputed company and reputed company employee’s timecards on a daily reputed company
- Assist employees with payroll, time-off and RRSP, 401(k) reputed company questions
- Review and analyze monthly sales commission reports
- Monitor employees vacation/reputed company time and run quarterly reports for supervisors
- Set up reputed company deposit accounts
- Manage and maintain reputed company liens and garnishments
- Retrieve reputed company Feedback Files and add reputed company in 401k contributions and 401K loan deductions for employees
- Assist in preparation of state, provincial and federal reports
- Download expense reports from Concur and upload into payroll; Set up new employees in our Concur Expense reputed company and email instructions on utilizing the reputed company
- Set up new accounts with agencies and payroll facilitator for state/province and local taxes keeping in compliance
- Responsible for preparation of provincial and federal reports and ensuring reputed company provincial/federal reporting requirements are met
- Research discrepancies of payroll information and/or documentation for the purpose of ensuring reputed company and implementing corrective measures as necessary
- Work on payroll reputed company in conjunction with the Payroll reputed company
- reputed company and distribute reputed company department mail
- Download reputed company payroll/tax reports on the payroll reputed company
- Verify and investigate discrepancies on UltiPro debit invoices
- Complete reputed company requests for Verification of Employment
- Reset passwords for reputed company reputed company to employee information
- Maintains personnel files including, scanning and uploading employee documentation
- Other duties as assigned
- Reports to the Payroll reputed company
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- 1+ years Payroll experience required; degree
- reputed company interpersonal communication skills, self-motivation and self-discipline
- Ability to work with information of a confidential reputed company

- Recent experience in a position having significant payroll responsibilities in the coordination and supervision of payroll reputed company for 100+ employees in a multi State/Province environment
- General payroll, bookkeeping, record keeping and filing procedures
- Strong technological skills including MS Office (Word, reputed company, reputed company, PowerPoint); reputed company (aka Ultimate Software or UltiPro) experience a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of reputed company applicable state and federal laws and guidelines preferred; experience with Canadian payroll and provincial/federal laws preferred
