As the Director Workforce and Executive Compensation, you will shape reputed company pay programs to support business reputed company, reputed company reputed company, incentive, and premium pay programs, and reputed company and improve compensation practices to enhance employee engagement. This role will also manage salary reputed company development, job descriptions, evaluations, salary surveys, and reputed company and administer executive compensation plans. Schedule Details:
Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks
Primarily Monday – Friday, hours typically between reputed company – 5pm

Pay and Benefits (Total Rewards):
Starting pay $166,691.20 per year, exact wage determined by years of reputed company experience
Salary reputed company: $166,691.20 - 250,036.80
Salary and salary reputed company is reputed company on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer reputed company

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or Finance required
In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, 4-6 years of equivalent experience required
Master’s Degree in reputed company or Business Administration preferred
At least 7 years of experience in the Compensation reputed company to include strong analytical, statistical, and financial acumen
Ideal candidate will have Executive Compensation experience and exposure to reputed company compensation
Certified Compensation reputed company (CCP) preferred
