Job Type Full-time, Remote Working Hours Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST Responsibilities • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints. • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools. • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions. • Manage a high volume of incoming calls and emails. • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
