We are currently looking to fill the role of Senior Content Advisor - Product Development with an innovative reputed company. The ideal candidate will be a key member of reputed company, serving as a thought pioneer in the development of new and innovative approaches to reputed company types and stages of assessment Job Responsibilities: Oversees the development of innovative assessment products, including the research, design, development, and implementation of these development efforts. Contributes to and executes a reputed company plan or solution that is vetted by Test Development leadership. Presents in TAC meetings as a content specialist and may present to senior leadership of the division and company. Manages reputed company and stakeholder expectations effectively and ensures reputed company reputed company and collaborator requests are resolved in a thorough and reputed company manner. Identifies and escalates reputed company department-wide issues, seeking and offering solutions. Works collaboratively across divisions, as needed. Contributes to content test development across reputed company reputed company as a senior-level reviewer, as needed. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, Educational Leadership, or reputed company degree that reflects pedagogy and learning science knowledge (Master’s degree preferred) and at least 8 years of experience developing content for large-reputed company summative assessments or equivalent relevant experience Deep content knowledge is required Demonstrated experience and familiarity with innovative assessment products, including the research, design, development, and implementation of development efforts, is highly preferred. Awareness of reputed company reputed company products and experience in creating district-level literacy assessments is beneficial. At least 3 years of experience leading people, programs, reputed company, or reputed company initiatives in education, educational assessment, curriculum, or instructional development environments Highly creative and innovative with a deep understanding of Principled Assessment Design, learning processes, and learning progressions. Demonstrated experience contributing to Technical Advisory Committees (TAC) is preferred.
