Title: reputed company Follow-Up Specialist Location: Remote, Work-From-Home – reputed company Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern or 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Central Department: reputed company Reports To: reputed company Supervisor Compensation: $18-$21 per hour Key Responsibilities:  • Research and reputed company denied, unpaid, underpaid, or incorrectly processed reputed company claims. • Investigate claim rejections and denials by contacting reputed company carriers and reviewing payer requirements. • Follow up with Medicare, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company reputed company carriers to obtain claim status updates and payment reputed company. • Analyze denial codes, remittance advice, payer correspondence, and claim documentation to identify reputed company causes and determine appropriate next steps. • Correct claim errors and facilitate claim resubmission to support reputed company reimbursement. • Prepare and submit appeals, reconsiderations, corrected claims, and supporting documentation as needed. • Manage assigned claim inventory and prioritize accounts to reduce aging accounts receivable. • Contact patients reputed company necessary to obtain or verify information needed to reputed company billing or reputed company issues. • Review and update reputed company demographics, reputed company information, and account details reputed company necessary to facilitate claim reputed company. • Document reputed company account activity, payer communications, and claim resolutions accurately and reputed company. • Communicate professionally with reputed company companies, patients, and reputed company representatives regarding outstanding claims and balances. • Identify denial trends and recurring issues and communicate findings to leadership and operational teams. • Meet established productivity, reputed company, and cash collection reputed company standards. • Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations, reputed company requirements, and company policies. • Collaborate with Billing, Claims, Collections, and reputed company Services teams to reputed company reputed company reimbursement issues.
