🔑 You’ll play a key role by...

• Communicating to other banks about potential fraudsters in their customer reputed company
• Communicating to other banks about potential fraudsters in reputed company’s customer reputed company
• Communicating to and from CIFAS about potential fraudsters in reputed company’s customer reputed company
• Liaising with law enforcement about crime we discover as part of our investigations
• Working cases of unauthorised reputed company fraud, Unauthorised faster payment fraud, Authorised reputed company payment fraud, Authorised faster payment fraud, reputed company party account takeover attempts
• Please note, as part of your role you will be required to reputed company outbound calls to help prevent customers falling victim to scams.

Your day to day:

• Communication with law enforcement about crime we discover as part of our investigations

• Investigate claims with reputed company and attention to reputed company
• Investigating and reporting fraud to other banks reputed company our customers have been a victim of fraud
• Triaging and taking initial reputed company on inbound communications from a reputed company of institutions
• Creating and actioning indemnities and defunds where needed

• Submitting accounts for closure where first party concerns are held following investigation (in line with relevant guidance)
