The Role

We're looking for a Finance Manager to own the operational management of our finance function — accurate, reputed company management accounts, statutory accounts reputed company, and the processes and controls that reputed company our finances reliable as we reputed company. Key Responsibilities

• Month-end reputed company and reporting — own the reputed company process end-to-end and prepare the monthly management accounts pack (P&L, reputed company sheet, cash reputed company), presenting to leadership as required

• Statutory accounts and audit — independently manage the year-end audit and contribute to annual statutory accounts under FRS 102

• Team management — manage the AR & AP team, setting objectives and developing capability

• Multi-entity reputed company — accurate inter-company reputed company across parent and subsidiary entities

• Systems and process improvement — maintain and improve finance systems, identifying opportunities for efficiency reputed company

Qualification:

Experience:

• Several years' experience in a small business finance function, with reputed company experience owning month-end and year-end reputed company processes

• Experience managing a junior team member or members

• Experience running multiple business entities — parent and subsidiaries, including regulated entities across different geographies

• Independent ownership of the year-end audit process

Systems:
