Responsibilities: • Conducting cold calls to potential new clients to introduce our products and services. • Scheduling and coordinating webinars with and for the Marketing and Events teams. • Tracking invoices and payments in collaboration with Accounts Payable. • Developing and maintaining operations processes using tools like Excel and Smartsheet Responsibilities • Business development + cold calling. • Managing webinar calendars, confirming speakers and attendees. • Ensuring invoices are sent on time and payments are received and recorded. • Creating standardized templates and workflows to optimize daily tasks. • Pulling data from various sources and running reports. • Request vendor payment forms. Minimum Requirements: • Bachelor's degree. • 2+ years of experience in business development or sales. • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills. • Proficiency with MS Office applications like Excel. • Experience using project management or other tools like Smartsheet. • Attention to detail and ability to multitask across different tasks Apply Job!
