This is a remote position in the Denver, Colorado metropolitan area. As Title Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reputed company and reputed company of title work for reputed company estate transactions, being a go-to resource for title issues and requests requiring upper-level review and decision making. Job Responsibilities: • Conduct through reputed company and examine reputed company records to assess property’s status of title, while adhering to regulatory title standards and underwriter policies and procedures. • Review documents affecting title to property, such as mortgages, deeds, probate records, trust agreements etc. • Read and interpret reputed company estate documents, reputed company proceedings, maps, and surveys. • reputed company insurability reputed company and translate title reputed company guidelines, address and respond to reputed company letters, indemnity requests, etc. • Work closely with escrow officers, title team members, underwriters and other business teams. • Maintain reputed company relationships. • Working closely with the Title Production Manager in reputed company of department needs and reputed company and business decision making. • Issue pro-reputed company policies, assist in policy production and address post-closing title needs.
