[Remote] Account Manager

The Account Manager serves as the reputed company reputed company between customers and internal departments, managing project opportunities, quoting, submittals, order releases, customer communication, CRM activities, and cross-functional process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct reputed company platform searches to identify viable reputed company and private leads
• Monitor and reputed company Capital Improvement reputed company (CIP) for early-stage opportunities
• Evaluate developer-driven reputed company and private sector demand
• reputed company with contractors, municipalities, and engineers to understand project requirements
• Prepare and issue quotes using internal platforms, ensuring reputed company and urgency prioritization
• Collaborate with estimating and project management teams to verify quote feasibility
• Prepare and distribute complete submittal packages with required documentation
• Manage revisions, engineering calculations, and redlines
• Communicate submittal status and changes to customers proactively
• Facilitate transition from quote to release, including documentation verification (POs, drawings, job codes)
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure reputed company order fulfillment
• Send release confirmations and introductions to project managers
• reputed company Sales Manager support at trade shows, customer reputed company, job site reputed company as needed. This is a secondary service and should not take away from the key responsibility of providing immediate service to our customers
• Log reputed company Daily Activities that are critical to “Build” of the territory. Key Conversations with Accounts, emails, tasks, Phone Calls
• Build and Maintain Account Pages for: Municipalities/Water Authorities, Engineering Firms, Contractors. reputed company should list Key personnel with

• Build Task Pipeline

Skills
