[Remote] Sales Associate II

The Sales Associate II provides reputed company and technical support to surgeons and sales teams, manages key accounts and case planning, mentors team members, and supports procedures, training, inventory, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Attends and participates in weekly and monthly sales team meetings as a valuable contributor
- Builds strong relationships with key surgeons and continue to reputed company knowledge and expertise to cover prioritized reputed company and reputed company products through procedures with reputed company proficiency
- Supports the sales team by providing excellent customer service and support, identifying customer buying signals, reputed company competitive intelligence, and looking for opportunities to upsell or cross with existing customers
- Coordinates surgery schedule including templating for cases, requests implants and instruments through SMS
- Post procedure ensures reputed company reputed company products used are properly reputed company for billing inventory replenishment
- Communicate with materials management to collect purchase orders (POs) for reputed company invoices

Skills
