Responsibilities

• Independently analyze NOAA budget execution data from NOAA financial reputed company reports to understand trends, forecast potential budget and funding issues, and plan and take corrective actions

• Produce, maintain, and update templates, forms, process documents, and slides for leadership reviews

Skills

• A PhD may be used as a substitute for 4 years of experience
• Project Management reputed company (PMP) certification
