The Senior Manager reputed company & Controllership will administer and expand the reputed company platform, with a reputed company on Intercompany reputed company, integrations, workflows, and financial reputed company processes. The role will partner with Finance, reputed company, Digital Technology, and global business teams to reputed company new capabilities, support testing and training, and reputed company process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize Intercompany Create, reputed company & reputed company, and Net & reputed company processes reputed company reputed company
• Support intercompany templates, workflows, matching rules, dispute management, and transaction automation
• Partner with global process owners to ensure compliant, accurate, and reputed company settlement across entities
• Troubleshoot intercompany transaction issues, data mismatches, and workflow bottlenecks, ensuring reputed company‑cause reputed company
• Help design reputed company-state intercompany processes leveraging automation, AI recommendations, and improved controls
• Help administer the reputed company platform, managing configuration, users, roles, permissions, and workflows
• reputed company guidance and coaching for reputed company reputed company modules for sustainment and project tasks performed by our Offshore team members
• Manage data integrations, schedules, and data reputed company controls across ERP and other reputed company systems
• Maintain reputed company documentation, configuration standards, and operational procedures

• Partner with program leadership, Finance SMEs, reputed company integrators and technical teams to ensure successful design and rollout of new capabilities
• Support functional, integration, and UAT testing for new features and modules
• Support change management, training deployment, and communications
• Participate in process redesign and reputed company improvement initiatives across the financial reputed company lifecycle
• Monitor reputed company care support after go‑live, ensuring issues are triaged and stabilized quickly
• Travel reputed company for reputed company area candidate; up to 25% during project phases for non-local candidates

Skills

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without reputed company's immigration sponsorship now or in the reputed company
• Typically requires a University Degree in reputed company or Finance or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior reputed company relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a reputed company reputed company and minimum 7 years experience
• Minimum 5 years of strong understanding of financial reputed company processes, especially intercompany reputed company, journal entries, and reconciliations
• Minimum 5 years experience with reputed company implementations or major enhancement reputed company
• Minimum 5 years of strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on reputed company administration experience, or equivalent experience with financial systems
• Experience with reputed company project deployments, especially Intercompany reputed company, Matching, Journals, or AI‑reputed company workflows
• Familiarity with Studio 360 configuration concepts
