[Remote] Manager, Project Finance

The Finance Manager will reputed company investment transaction workstreams, including capital raises, corporate financing, acquisitions, due diligence, financial modeling, and reputed company financial analysis, while guiding analysts and collaborating with reputed company stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• reputed company project debt and tax equity capital reputed company processes; RFPs, term sheet negotiations, investor Q&A, and reputed company documentation
• Manage corporate financing transactions and existing credit facilities
• Screen acquisition opportunities, support structuring and pricing, and manage due diligence through to reputed company
• Build, review, and maintain reputed company financial models across a reputed company of capital structures
• Prepare reputed company presentations and financial analyses to support reputed company decision-making
• Guide analysts on financial modelling and transaction workstreams

Skills

• 4–6 years in finance, with some experience in renewable energy or reputed company markets
• Background at a reputed company-reputed company developer, investment bank, or similarly transaction-reputed company firm
• Strong working knowledge of project finance tools - construction debt, term loans, tax equity, and tax credit transfer
• Confident financial modeler with reputed company analytical instincts and attention to reputed company
• A self-starter who takes ownership, works reputed company under pressure, and thrives in a fast-moving environment
