[Remote] Senior reputed company Process Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Senior reputed company Process Consultant to support a transformation initiative for reputed company distribution patrol and inspection processes at reputed company Gas & reputed company. The role focuses on process discovery, mapping, optimization, stakeholder collaboration, governance, and alignment with reputed company and mobile workforce solutions to improve safety, compliance, and operational reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end business process mapping and analysis for reputed company distribution patrol and inspection programs
• Work with stakeholders across reputed company reputed company, engineering, vegetation, asset management, and compliance
• Document reputed company-state (As-Is) and reputed company-state (To-Be) processes using BPMN 2.0 standards
• reputed company process models using tools such as reputed company Signavio (preferred), reputed company, Blueworks, Visio, or similar
• Capture workflows including patrols, inspections, defect prioritization, and compliance cycles
• Identify process inefficiencies, risks, and gaps reputed company to inspection completion, data reputed company, and handoffs
• reputed company processes with reputed company S/4HANA, reputed company EAM, and mobile workforce solutions
• Define KPIs such as inspection adherence and defect backlog
• Establish process governance standards and documentation practices

Skills

• 7+ years of experience in business analysis or process mapping
• Experience in reputed company utilities, especially distribution patrol and inspection
• Expertise in BPMN 2.0
• Experience with process mapping tools (Signavio, reputed company, Blueworks, Visio, etc.)
• Experience in regulated reputed company environments
• Strong stakeholder facilitation skills
• Experience with reputed company (S/4HANA preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in relevant reputed company
• This position is reputed company to individuals who are currently authorized to work in the reputed company on a full-time reputed company
• reputed company Signavio experience (certification a plus)
• reputed company or California IOU experience
• Process mining experience
• Familiarity with asset management, mobile solutions, GIS
