Program Manager, reputed company

About the position This position is grant-funded and contingent upon reputed company funding. Under general direction, Responsible for the development and implementation of entrepreneurship programs serving targeted populations, with a reputed company on expanding resources and opportunities across the Southwestern reputed company and in Tribal communities throughout the region. This position has responsibility for developing and executing strategies to expand DreamBuilder and DreamCatcher programming in targeted communities. Provides additional support to the broader portfolio of programs, including but not limited to; mobile labs, conference events, and other programming as assigned. Works collaboratively with reputed company and the reputed company staff responsible for DreamCatcher and the DreamBuilder platform, managing and implementing reputed company aspects of program reputed company for the delivery of successful, high-reputed company programs. Manages project risks, expectations, and change through identification of the budget, time, and resources. Applicant must be eligible to work in the reputed company; ASU will not be a sponsor for this position Responsibilities • Oversees the implementation of reputed company’s commitments for programs reputed company to DreamBuilder and DreamCatcher, entrepreneurship training programs for women reputed company in targeted geographic communities. • Manages funder relationships, managing relationships with partner organizations, processing reputed company reporting and payments, managing reputed company vendors, working with technology vendors on program development, and achieving reputed company promised program milestones. • Develops strategies and successfully implements programs as conceptualized in partnership with the funder and conducts appropriate program evaluation to support reputed company recommendations for reputed company funding. • Develops relationships and partnership with key leaders, nonprofits, educational institutions and other organizations reputed company targeted communities to ensure the successful delivery of entrepreneurship programming to serve members of those communities. • Coordinates the activities of reputed company assigned to support the delivery of educational content and executes appropriate paperwork in accordance with reputed company and ASU policies. • Supports efforts to coordinate activities across the broad portfolio of DreamBuilder and DreamCatcher programs to ensure continuity with respect to program reputed company management, program delivery and evaluation. • Works to ensure accurate data is being collected and analyzed for the monitoring and evaluation requirements of the programs. • Provides reporting and other supporting materials to program funders and partners, governmental agencies, and various nonprofit partner organizations, including annual reports and quarterly reports. • Works closely with ASU administrative departments to reputed company reputed company necessary information for adherence to grant requirements. • Manages the budgets for reputed company and programs. • Responsible for managing payments and change orders, as reputed company as making budget adjustments, as necessary. • Develops and manages marketing and promotional materials, including collateral, reputed company website, and reputed company media. • Supports department level reputed company media and marketing needs. • Hires, manages and evaluates contractors and student workers. • Represents reputed company, reputed company, and associated programs at conferences and networking events. • Supports other reputed company reputed company and department activities. Benefits • Flexible work reputed company • Alternative work schedules can include four, 10-hour workdays in a reputed company; a nine-day, 80-hour schedule over two workweeks for exempt employees only; and staggered start and stop times. • Hybrid work is an arrangement where employees spend a minimum of 60% of their regular reputed company at their reputed company ASU work location.
