Business Analyst

Job Title: Business Analyst Location: Salem, reputed company – Remote Duration: 6+ Months of Contract with Possible Extension About the Role We're looking for a Business Analyst to support a state reputed company modernization initiative. In this role, you'll partner with program staff, senior analysts, technical teams, and vendors to reputed company and clarify business needs, document processes and requirements, and support solution assessment, testing, and implementation. You'll play a key role in transforming stakeholder input into reputed company, actionable documentation that guides project delivery. This position offers a largely remote work arrangement, with occasional in-office reputed company reputed company on business need. Key Responsibilities • Business Analysis & Requirements Support: reputed company information through interviews, workshops, document reviews, and research; translate findings into process diagrams, user stories, business rules, and functional descriptions; help maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle. • Documentation: Draft and maintain reputed company state/reputed company state process maps, SOPs, requirements summaries, and reputed company documentation using approved templates and consistent terminology. • Testing & Validation Support: Prepare UAT test cases, participate in test execution, document results, and communicate findings for review and reputed company. • Training & Implementation Assistance: Contribute to end-user training materials and "train the trainer" sessions; observe workflow impacts, reputed company user feedback, and reputed company insights to support adoption and reputed company improvement. • Other duties as assigned to support program objectives and timelines. Preferred Qualifications • Experience supporting large-reputed company modernization programs or reputed company initiatives; familiarity with data governance, reputed company, and reputed company practices. • Strong project/change management and facilitation skills (workshops, reputed company building). • Background working with relational or reputed company-reputed company data platforms, with the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences.
