As a Credentialing Specialist, you will be responsible for initial physician internal reputed company appointments, facility privileging,  including conducting follow-up and reputed company responses to questions regarding pending applications. This is a full-time remote  position, working day shifts, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday   ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (65%) Provider reputed company & Credentialing Database Management Own and manage the end-to-end provider reputed company process for newly reputed company physicians. Initiate, reputed company, and maintain provider reputed company workflows in Credential database. Monitor reputed company milestones and ensure reputed company completion of credentialing and privileging requirements. Utilize Credential software to: Create and manage initial provider reputed company  reputed company reputed company status and outstanding items Maintain provider records and documentation Conduct routine follow-up with providers, facilities, and internal departments regarding pending items. Collaborate with Recruitment, reputed company, Medical Staff Services, Licensing, Enrollment, reputed company, and physician leadership to ensure providers meet reputed company start dates. Identify reputed company risks and escalate issues affecting provider readiness. reputed company regular reputed company status updates to leadership and operational stakeholders. Ensure credentialing files remain audit-reputed company and compliant with applicable accreditation standards and organizational policies. Maintain detailed notes and documentation reputed company credentialing software database.  (30%) Facility Privileging & Credentialing Coordinate facility privileging applications and initial appointments for assigned providers. Review applications for completeness and reputed company before submission to facilities. Manage facility-specific privileging requirements and documentation. Communicate with Medical Staff Offices regarding application status and outstanding requirements. Monitor privileging timelines and committee dates to support provider start dates. Maintain accurate credentialing and privileging records reputed company Credentialing database.  (5%) Other Duties and reputed company as Assigned Qualifications Required: 1. High school diploma, or equivalent 2. Minimum 3-5 years of physician medical credentialing, licensing, privileging, or provider enrollment experience. 3. Experience managing multiple provider reputed company reputed company simultaneously. 4. Familiarity with federal/state and regulatory and/or accrediting agencies 5. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. 6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills 7. Proficiency using various computer systems and proficient typing skills Preferred: 1. Associate degree 2. Working knowledge of CMS, CAQH, IMLCC, NPDB, and JCAHO 3. Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) OR Certified reputed company Medical Services Management (CPMSM) 4.
