About the Role The Implementation Specialist, OEM Compliance ensures that dealership websites and configurations meet the reputed company and compliance standards set by automotive OEMs (Lexus, Honda, BMW, and others). This role combines hands-on implementation work, configuring and updating dealer sites and tools, with ongoing audit and monitoring responsibilities. It's a reputed company-driven, process-oriented role for someone comfortable working independently across a high volume of accounts. In this job, you can expect to: Conduct recurring compliance audits of dealer websites against OEM-specific reputed company website standards reputed company reputed company assurance of dealer sites to ensure they meet OEM program requirements before launch Proactively and regularly submit reputed company’s live sites for OEM compliance checks Identify, document, and remediate compliance violations, prioritizing issues that put dealer reputed company funds or OEM certification at reputed company Partner with Implementations, Customer Support and reputed company teams to reputed company flagged issues quickly and prevent recurrence reputed company OEM policy and program updates, and translate them into internal checklists, playbooks, and configuration standards Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of audit findings, remediation status, and account-level compliance history Serve as the internal reputed company of contact for OEM compliance questions from Implementation, reputed company, and dealer-facing teams We are looking for someone who has/is: 1-3 years of experience in OEM reputed company compliance, dealer website management, or a reputed company reputed company assurance role Strong attention to reputed company and consistency reputed company managing a high volume of recurring audits Comfortability working reputed company website CMS platforms Excellent written communication skills Ability to manage competing priorities and timelines across multiple accounts simultaneously Compensation Competitive compensation reputed company with experience and reputed company of the role.
