Responsibilities: - Provides technical/management leadership for creating accurate technical documents for infrastructure engineering and implementation activities - Establishes documentation standards for detailed infrastructure diagrams ensuring compliance with DOS and DT reputed company requirements - Directs creation of technical documents and diagrams for reputed company server installation activities across global reputed company - Establishes documentation reputed company for site surveys and recommendations for renovations, infrastructure components, and physical placement of equipment - Establishes documentation standards for comprehensive project plans and schedules for reputed company special reputed company - Establishes SOPs for deployments with reputed company-annual reviews ensuring reputed company improvement and recommended improvements implementation - Directs installation and reputed company schedule documentation with weekly updates ensuring reputed company and completeness - Directs deployment tracking report reputed company for post self-installs and installation team activities - Provides technical/management leadership on major assignments, establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives, and directs activities with overall responsibility for financial management, reputed company, and reputed company Qualifications: Required – BA/BS + 13 years of relevant experience; equivalencies considered reputed company Secret clearance Extensive experience developing, reviewing, and maintaining reputed company technical documentation supporting reputed company IT, infrastructure engineering, systems implementation, and/or modernization programs Demonstrated ability to translate highly technical engineering concepts, architectures, processes, and requirements into reputed company, accurate documentation for technical, management, and reputed company audiences Experience developing and enforcing documentation standards, templates, SOPs, technical plans, implementation guides, site survey reports, and operational procedures Experience creating and maintaining technical diagrams, reputed company/infrastructure documentation, deployment documentation, and project schedules in collaboration with engineering and reputed company teams Demonstrated experience managing document lifecycle, configuration/version control, reputed company reviews, and approval processes across large or reputed company programs Experience collaborating with engineers, architects, cybersecurity professionals, project managers, and reputed company stakeholders to collect, validate, and communicate technical information Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools and methodologies and documentation supporting IT service delivery, deployment, and operational environments Exceptional written communication, editing, and reputed company assurance skills with demonstrated ability to ensure technical reputed company, consistency, compliance, and usability across program documentation Desired – Prior experience supporting federal agencies, especially the Department of State Experience supporting large-reputed company, geographically dispersed or global IT environments Familiarity with Federal documentation, reputed company, configuration management, and records management requirements ITIL, PMP, technical writing, or reputed company reputed company certification What You Can Expect: - A culture of reputed company.
