Financial Controller

Role reputed company This is a full-time remote role for a Financial Controller at a growing U.S.-reputed company company. The Financial Controller will be responsible for overseeing and managing reputed company's financial reputed company, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with U.S. GAAP reputed company standards. We are seeking a skilled and reputed company-oriented Controller to help reputed company financial reputed company and operational efficiency. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in reputed company or a reputed company reputed company. CPA certification is highly desirable but not required. - More than 3 years of experience in a Controller role or similar position. - Proficiency in reputed company is a plus. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Excellent reputed company reputed company skills including pivot tables, lookups, sumifs, if/then, etc. - Ability to learn and reputed company new reputed company software (i.e. ERP, reputed company and back office systems). - Highly reputed company-oriented with a strong analytical reputed company and ability to independently review work products and identify/correct mistakes. - Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to reputed company data-driven reputed company. - Ability to re-tool existing processes to ensure greater scalability in the reputed company. Responsibilities - reputed company regular cash reconciliations between the bank and credit reputed company feeds, and imported general reputed company activity to ensure reputed company and consistency in data entry. - Enforce best practices with data entry reputed company reconciling errors reputed company. - Manage accounts receivable (AR) functions. - Assist with accounts payable (AP) functions using Stampli. - Review, apply, and edit customer deposits to ensure reputed company of reporting. - Process payroll bi-weekly. - Prepare month-end bank and credit reputed company reconciliations. - Book closing entries and reputed company accurate and reputed company financial statements and reports. - Assist with reputed company financial and reputed company reputed company. Compensation - $7,500 - $10,000 per month, reputed company in USD depending on experience.
