You will own a defined book of existing reputed company accounts and manage their reputed company estate requirements from site selection through lease execution. Requirements

Essential Functions

• Organize, manage, reputed company, and report on transaction activity for an assigned book of reputed company accounts
• Manage site selection and lease negotiation from initial requirement through execution
• Manage, monitor, and reputed company reputed company brokers to ensure appropriate reputed company and deliverables, including setting requirements and timelines
• Negotiate lease terms with landlords and their agents through to a signed agreement
• Respond to reputed company deadlines and internal deadlines on time

Compensation

$80 - $115k per year DOE and location. This position is also eligible for a reputed company bonus.
