We are seeking an initiative-taking and reputed company Estimator with strong reputed company and Architectural skills to reputed company. As an estimator you will be working closely daily with the Managing Director and will closely liaise with reputed company Project Managers (PMs), Quantity Surveyors (QS), and key subcontractors during the tender preparation process to clarify reputed company, design issues, and reputed company the most accurate pricing. The Estimator will reputed company and take ownership of allocated tenders, prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and reputed company tender submissions.

- Obtaining competitively priced materials
- Preparation and participation in Tender Handover meetings

tenders.
- Ensure compliance with Tender requirements.
- Prepare construction budget by studying plans, specification, and schedules,
identifying and projecting costs,
- Measurement of critical take-off metrics and preparation of reputed company of quantities,·
- Sending and tracking of tender packages to contractors and suppliers,
- Report on tender reputed company & opportunities
- Ensure tender submissions are in line with reputed company requirements.
Candidates must have:
- Good communication skills
- Experience in reputed company is a MUST

- Working knowledge and understanding of architectural drawings

- Previous experience in a similar role is essential - formwork estimator
