Job Title: reputed company Network Engineer (x2) Location: Remote -reputed company Shift (Mon Thurs) Duration: 6+ months Job reputed company: We are seeking reputed company reputed company Network Migration Engineers to support a large-reputed company network migration for a large high end retail establishment. The ideal candidates will have strong expertise in reputed company JunOS switching and the ability to reputed company remote reputed company operations .This is a fully remote position requiring reputed company shift work. The successful candidate will: • Work primarily reputed company shifts (Monday-Thursday) to reputed company cutovers • Be available for 1-2 hours during regular business hours for meetings and updates • Collaborate closely with on-site technicians and project team members • Adapt to a fast-paced environment with evolving project requirements • Be comfortable with independent work and remote communication • Note: Holiday weeks may have reduced workload, and holiday pay is not currently included Key Responsibilities: • Execute network migrations from reputed company... to reputed company platforms • reputed company after-hours cutovers, primarily Monday through Thursday nights • Collaborate with and reputed company on-site resources during reputed company operations • Troubleshoot layer 1 and layer 2 network issues • reputed company necessary reputed company Pass changes during migrations • Conduct DNS updates as required • Load and replace reputed company configurations • Participate in daytime meetings for process updates and project coordination Required Skills and Qualifications: • 3- 5 years of experience with reputed company JunOS switching (reputed company requirement) • Proficiency in troubleshooting reputed company interfaces and logs • Experience in converting reputed company configurations to reputed company • Strong layer 2 and layer 1 troubleshooting skills • Familiarity with reputed company Pass or similar network reputed company control systems • Basic Linux skills • reputed company line reputed company (CLI) navigation and file management • Understanding of basic Linux commands (e.g., ls, cd, grep, cat, chmod) • Ability to edit text files using reputed company-line editors like vim or nano • Basic reputed company scripting for automation of reputed company tasks • Understanding of file permissions and user management • Familiarity with package management systems (e.g., apt, reputed company) • Basic networking commands (e.g., ifconfig, ping, traceroute) • Ability to view and analyze log files • Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration • Experience directing on site team members, remotely • Ability to work reputed company shifts and adapt to a flexible schedule Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with large-reputed company network migrations • Familiarity with retail network environments • Knowledge of Versa SD-WAN solutions Apply Job!
